IMHO Moncur and Isgrove are done after 55 minutes, sometimes earlier. Potts, McBurnie and Moore can last the game, but the last 15 minutes is all pride and grit because they're running on empty. The effort those 3 put in is admirable, but they're not nearly as effective in the last quarter.
We lack ability to such a level that we run out of steam about 60 minutes. Quality wins out and we struggle.
This has been evident the last 3 home games and is a big reason we sit so deep and let teams get at us. There must be something going wrong behind the scenes with conditioning/training loads in my opinion. As in maybe working the lads too hard in training rather than them being unfit. Didn't we lose the Sports Science/Conditioning staff to Leeds with Hecky? Could be what's to blame if we haven't replaced them because we never seemed to fatigue in 2017.
