Is he injured or just not in the squad yesterday?

Given how he could have been of use I would say he's picked up yet another injury.

That's what I thought - crying out for a full back

Can he even play right back? Ogbeta and Earl can cover the left. Its the right side we worry about. Wonder if one of these potential signings are Rb? Surely hope so mate!

Hopefully we can get a full back . Think he's had more of a say in the window than our past coaches- he's identified his style and we've gone for players to play in his system. Over the last few years we've gone for wing backs and stuck rigidly to three CB's and two pushing up. I could be very wrong here but this change of direction has been noticeable to me over the summer.

Likewise, bud. I'm really excited. It seems to me they've really put some trust in Conor, completely overhauling our strategy over the last few seasons.

I was hoping he’d feel like a new signing this season, but I’m not convinced he’s a full-back. I can see him offering competition out wide in the forward positions — and maybe even as an alternative option in one of the number 8 roles.
