Either change tack from just looking at us as as a player cash cow and nothing else and start acting like you want us to compete and have a modicum of success or find a buyer for us pronto and please leave as you are effectively killing support for this club.
For me first thing needs to be get in an inspirational manager with the technical nous to make the most of players we currently have available ( far easier said than done), because today just shows how fragile any confidence we have was. Then as OP said stop pissing about with the squad, let us build a strong in depth squad before we sell anybody. I t would also help if they treated us with some fking respect instead of pithy short statements or one full of sound bites
