Given it's a different injury to the last one, I'd say it's more bad luck than anything. It was a hefty tackle on him, as it was last pre-season when he did his shoulder. Their lads full body weight landed on him, and I reckon had it happened to anyone else, they'd have been out for a while too. I saw the post he put on Instagram of him having surgery the other day and feared the worst.
Undoubted bags of talent.. sometimes that ain't enough. Conor saying he has to push him..! You need an inner drive to succeed. He gets injured a lot, is that bad luck or is mens football too much for him ?....not sure, time will tell.. I think he definitely needs toughening up if he's going to reach the hights some on here think he'll get too. Something I've seen that isn't true is that because they're young they're bound to just keep improving.. not the case. What people want to happen is more often than not.. not the reality. This lad is far from the finished article.. folk ort to rain there expectations in a bit here and let him develop
