    Ground holds 20k people - each club has been given 5k tickets each! 20k West Ham fans expected to make the journey over! It's a ridiculous amount for a European Final - imagine if Wednesday get to the final! :)

    It's the third European tournament- they play it on a Thursday. Think 6th 7th maybe get the place in England

    I believe the number of places English teams gain is much more complex than that. It's to do with Uefa coefficients, and losers of Europa league play-offs. I think Villa are the only English team guaranteed to be at least in the qualifiers for next season. I'm not sure any other English team can qualify for it for next season now. But it changes from season to season.

    Yeah it does, that’s how Roma got in the Europa League this year… they won the Conference last year.

    If you win the Europa League you make the Champions League.

    I just don't see the point in this competition, because didn't they merge the old Cup winners cup, with the old Uefa/Fairs cup ?. o_O

    The fact they are playing the final in a ground with a similar capacity to oakwell kind of says to me nobody gives a toss about this competition .
