    We are now the U17 and U20 World Champions. Changes to our domestic leagues are now needed to ensure these players get the best opportunity to develop at their clubs. Over to you, the FA.

    X number of England eligible players in a squad would be a good start. At the moment the quota is specified as "homegrown", so they don't have to be English.
