    How do i make a transfer which would mean my formation changes?

    For example I want to take out a striker and replace with a midfielder so going from 3-4-3 to 3-5-2.

    How do I go about it?

    Go to pick team then select substitute the select with which player you want replace

    Ok go to transfer and hold down on the player you want to transfer out.
    It then lets you see how much you have in the kitty then look for a player to replace by scrolling the list of players then select

    Does anyone make a fantasy team every year with the best of intentions then has five players in the team out for the season from game week 5 in the team for the rest of the season?

    You need to bring somebody from the bench, as Ian says, to change formation.

    You can make transfers but your squad still has to consist of 2 goalkeepers, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders and 3 forwards. Use the ‘pick team’ page to change your formation.

    You know you can make transfers, and have two wildcards per season to make unlimited transfers in one gameweek.

    You should already have the players in your squad to play the formation you are wanting.

    This season has been a nightmare.
    Players out willy nilly, game postponed with covid. Playing at strange times with no chance of changing the team to suit.

    You pick your formation from your squad and your squad has to have two goalkeepers, five defenders, five midfielders and three strikers.

    You can't deviate from the positions in the squad but you can choose to play three at the back, five at the back, the in midfield, five in midfield, a front three or a lone striker.

    Any transfers need to be like for like.

    I've just looked at the BBS Carl Regan Cup on there and fair play to Oakwell Army at the top...

    573rd overall out of 7.9million players. That's some serious going!!
