Very interesting piece on Daniel Stendel in the Yorkshire Post by Leon Wobschall with comments from Dale Tonge. It's been said before, but the impact our coach has had on the Club is amazing. He came during the World Cup along with his fellow coaches he then had a very short time to get everyone to buy into his methods. He came to a strange Country away from his loved ones and as well as not being able to speak English, he had to adjust to a new routine, culture and dialect. He then lost his right hand man who defected to Huddersfield Town, but over a period of circa 8 months, he guided us to promotion. He has truly United the players and us fans alike. It will be interesting to see what he can do with some better quality players at the Club. Me too mate. It was all ooh hah in news. Even made the national news with Stiff Upper Lip being rejected by Kensington Scoones F.C. You're right though nothing was made official?
