Thanks for posting. Not seen that before. A bloody good interview by a kid with a great surname... Mr. Lillicrap! We're clearly in very good hands. Dane has done a cracking job in challenging circumstances so far, and hats off to him and the Board for the appointment of Val. Interesting to hear about the recruitnent process. Even more interesting to hear his opinion of Val since the big man has been here. "6' 5 and built like a truck" and you don't argue with him! Love it! Avoiding the 3 "p" words!! Feet on the ground. And.....Vals leadership qualities. Justcas we thought. Clarity of purpose. For all the non believers, this, together with Chien's short interview on the BBC (posted previously on here) might go a little weeny teeny tiny way to convincing them that our owners are in this to take us forward as a football club. With a plan. With clear objectives and the desire to achieve those objectives. Fairly.
Watched it yesterday. Becoming very impressed with Dane. It didn't help that he looked about 16 when he arrived but he comes across very well and seems to have done a very good job since he's been here.
