Daft as it sounds I'm not unhappy with the draw

They had to proper cheat to equalise. We played their hoofball game the first half and schooled them. They had to resort to dirty cheating tactics to draw but the lads fought hard. Well done Val's red and white army!

 

totally agreed, I was fearing nowt from tonight but it's a very good point. We have 35 points and have 20 games to go, we will stay in this division on our own merits and not by some team getting deducted points., And we will stay up by a country mile. We have a chance of the play offs , but a top half finish would more than suit me. Be glad when the window closes with not too much danage affecting us.

 

We never used to get anything from those kind of games that’s for sure.

 

Agree to a point Helen, but we've had a goal chalked off for a "foul" when their player pushed Woodrow into GK. then to award a corner for their first goal was quite frankly ridiculous. At worst it's a goal kick, but should have been a foul on Collins.

 

I think its the combination of poor refereeing all round and some sloppy defending that makes it disappointing

 

It feels like a loss does Val`s first draw.

I'm more disappointed at this result than pretty much any other this season. I'm genuinely miffed.

I’m still fuming, 90% of it is towards that poor excuse of a referee, but their second goal was infuriating. A needless corner and their most dangerous player unmarked at far stick. It really does feel like a loss. How the hell that ref has only 1 player in his book, and a Barnsley one at that defies belief.

 

I still hate playing Cardiff. Awful team.

 

I admire your optmism but I'm gutted. 2-0 up at home to draw 2-2 is a ***** result no matter which way you paint it. Gutted mate

 

I’m absolutely distraught with a draw.

Maybe a bit strong actually, but I’m very unhappy to draw as we’ve been absolutely robbed. We have a perfectly good goal chalked off, we’ve been given nothing all night, their first goal comes from a joke of a decision for a corner and every time their lot chucked themselves to the floor it’s a foul, Mads gets a yellow for a nothing challenge, yet a blatant elbow to Woodrow’s face barely gets a foul given. I’m amazed it wasn’t given to them and Woodrow sent off for head butting his arm.

That unmarked player at the far stick, actually pushed sibbick in the back to become free

 

I wouldn't mind if the opposition had played their way back into the game, but they didn't. We were robbed.

I agree the performance was positive first half gives me encouragement to finish the season. were still up for it, keep mowatt and kick on.

 

I thought we would get that kind of bullying from minute 1, so glad it took a halftime rollocking for it to kick in, they literally were a disgrace though
