    Mr Cummings, senior adviser to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, is self-isolating at home after developing coronavirus symptoms, a No 10 source has confirmed.

    Assuming its true - not sure why an anonyomous #10 source is quoted - isnt that normally Dom himself anyway - it does sound like the government hasnt been following their own guidelines too well

    It also suggests that he wasn't already self-isolating after exposure to at least 3 positive confirmed cases.

    Given the rate of infection in senior government, are they not following the guidelines, or are the guidelines insufficient? (Or both)
