    Our lads are through to final after closely beating a very good Afghanistan side.
    Just one Yorks boy Will Luxton in side.

    Got to be encouraging for future

    The Afghan senior team have suddenly appeared on the scene in last few years as well so their future looks good.

    The U19’s batters looked more capable than England but need some coaching.
    They were getting 1 or 2 boundaries per over but not taking singles/two’s
