Computer question

My ampersand and double quote have swopped places -- when I key the ampersand key I get the quotation and vice versa.

Can I swop them back?

Is it definitely the & and not the @ that's swapped places with the "?

 

Not sure about & and " changing

However, @and " transposing is an American keyboard

my mistake it's the @ and " that have swopped

 

It's just set itself to american, can easily be switched back to British.
