    Hi all, it's getting to the time of year where we start to look into booking a Christmas meal from a local pub. Has anyone any recommendations within a 10 minute drive of town please? Not looking to spend minimal amounts, but nothing daft either. Cheers.

    Elephant and Castle at Hemingfield amazing food.
    Had some good meals at George and Dragon Wentworth, Mill of the Black Monk.
    Further away if you want a nice walk before a meal, Old Horns at High Bradfield.
