    4 points off second after their win at Wycombe and now carrying some real momentum after winning 4 and drawing one of their previous 5 league matches. They play Luton at home on Saturday.
    It's going to be one hell of a fight for second place and there could be 3/4 teams still involved come the final day.

    I wouldn’t mind Luton winning that one. They’ve got that top spot wrapped up anyway. So take away another contender for second whilst they’re at it.

    Charltons management team are in talks to give Lee Bowyer a new deal as his present
    Contract is up in June. Apparently, it's not a straight salaried arrangement but is
    "incentivised", which doesn't really seem to suit Bowyer. Further talks are planned amid
    continuing speculation that QPR are considering an approach to make him their next Manager.
    If that happens, it's quite possible that their promotion challenge could be disrupted.

    Cliched I know but the fat lady hasn't even arrived in the theatre. Twists and turns a plenty to come. Luton aren't there yet despite what people seem to think. Given the state of this league from top to bottom there are no easy games left for anyone. UTR!!!
