So Collins is better than Walton?

Seems to have Collins as the better shot stopper, with Walton most likely to leave his line. Not sure about that tbh

I think it’s saying Collins is better on both fronts. Further to the right is more likely to leave line, further to the top is more likely to stop shots. Top right segment is better at both.

Collins seems to hit all metrics better. One thing to notice is the great work of the defence limiting shots on our goal.

It interesting - Id had Walton as the better shot stopper but Collins the best off his line but those stats don't support that ,Collins compares pretty well in all areas with the rest of the championship keepers Krul excepted who is a different class altogether - something that isnt a surprise to me
Those that are still saying we need to get a better keeper in are looking a bit out of touch not many in that list performing better than Collins and a few big names considerably worse. Also as Jimmy points out the defence is offering a lot better protection to the keeper these days Long may it continue

As they say, it's a crude analysis. I saw this on twitter earlier and thought it was strange to begin with, but then noticed that the x-axis specifically mentions high balls. So it doesn't include Collins' sweeper work - it's more about coming for crosses.

But as JV says, the stats are also skewed a lot by the fact that we just haven't allowed that many shots on goal recently, and those we have tend to have been trickier ones.
