But I just love the never-say-die attitude of the players. Villa were quick and athletic. However, they didn't put a shot on target until a few seconds before they scored.
We seemed to lack a cutting edge tonight and our final ball into the area wasn't up to the usual standard. Then SSW did what he does best. Well done, Sam. That's the best way to answer any critics.
I still haven't seen us beat Villa at home, but I was proud of our team.

We fought to the end and I was proud of the team. Particularly Winnall who plays with his heart on his sleeve and made a contribution at both ends of the pitch when he came on.

As you say not our best game and I think the formation undid us slightly but you can't beat team spirit.

    Onwards and upwards.

Absolutely agree mate. I think if we'd have had our usual cutting edge I think we'd have won that game.
