    Big shout out to the ladies in the box office. Ordered a young adults for the grandson for the Hull match on line, Took time to phone me up to tell me he qualified for the special offer £2 ticket and refunded the difference. Top top service, these ladies are what our club is all about, Thanks ladies.

    Echo this. Bought my Luton ticket online just before the 12pm deadline and asked if it could be given to one of the SLOs or the Luton ticket office for collection.

    As pleasant and helpful as you could ask for.

    When we played Tottenham in the league cup at Wembley a few years back they arranged for me to pick up my tickets at the Wembley Box office. As the public face of the club they are excellent.
