    Jesus Christ.......the negativity I’ve read on here and social media cos we got bet last night is laughable!!!

    My main concern is that we're no better than last season. Brown out and Freiser in is a backwards step. Not a knee jerk reaction to losing our bonus game 6-0. No goals and no points in the league and still no striker.

    The thing is this - Chelsea didn’t win 6-0.
    If they had done i for one would have been fine about that.
    What happened is that we lost 6-0.
    There’s a difference.
    Four of those goals we actually gave them.
    A truer result would have been 5-3.
    So the negativity isn’t because we lost - the negativity is because of the nature of how we lost.

    Ha......honestly I’m as cool as **** but it just winds me up when I see the constant drivel posted day in day out about the same negative ****!!! A positive mind by and by breeds a confident outlook on life.......there’s enough doing off in the world l at the moment without folk getting there tits out about Barnsley getting bet by Chelsea!

    well that’s my view anyhow :D

    We played some nice football at times & created 4 good chances, two of which brought excellent saves from their keeper (Woodrow's & Schmidt's efforts).

    We were very naive defensively, trying to play out from the back, instead of clearing it & at times our final pass or shot was too weak, or straight at the keeper.

    We were playing one of the top 4 sides in the country & given the strength of team they fielded the result was about what I expected.
