    As it stands, they're bottom of League One and 17 points from safety. Not won a game since November. I can't see them getting out of it, so maybe it's better to sting them with the other 5 point deduction next season?

    No table of sanctions already in place so nothing official to enforce. You can see why an appeals board with a pink and fluffy agenda would give the new owners a break by deferring the point deduction and the fine. It’s by no means a level playing field is it. Bet they’d even get away with sectarian chanting ;)

    You can see why they would do that....of course as someone stated previously, this has set a precedent.
    Clubs doing likewise just have to quote this decision. Whats that old adage "rules are only rules as long as EVERYONE abides by them.

    Clubs should all get together and each call off a home game without notifying the fa or EFL in protest. Absolutely sod all the bent FA and clearly bent 'independant' panel can do if everyone does it.

    Corrupt to their core. Maybe the clubs need to make a stand like the Scottish clubs did when the SFA looked like being lenient with Rangers.
