With all the talk about transfers... in and out. Just to keep everyone's feet nailed to the ground, so to speak, here's tweet of interest.. Blackburn Rovers’ parent company Venky’s London Limited have revealed losses of £19.6m for the financial year to March 2019, with a wage to turnover ratio of 154%
What were their losses last year and the year before? Am I right in saying that according to FFP rules that losses exceeding £39million over a 3 year period result in severe (debatable) punishment?
Year before was abart £16m if I remember reight, year before small loss but dunt quote me on them. Maybe Red Rain has the correct figures.
Surely the likes of Dack and Armstrong will have to be sold to cover that? I've no idea how they've managed to retain Dack for so long as it is...probably the same way they've been able to spunk money up the wall on Downing's wages.
