Seeing as I got the first question right, Gally's challenged me to come up with another one, so here goes. This one is only tangentially about Barnsley but why not. In 1912 we drew the FA cup final at Crystal Palace and then won the toss to decide the replay venue, and we picked Bramall Lane. In doing so we became the only team to win the cup in Yorkshire - though half the pitch was probably in Derbyshire! The fact that the match was played at Bramall Lane meant that it is one of only 2 grounds that have hosted 3 particular types of major fixture in the sporting calendar. One of these types of fixture is obviously the FA cup final, what are the other 2 types and what is the other ground?
Odsal stadium Bradford has held the Rugby League challenge Cup final, the World Soeedway final and World Stock Cars championship. Bradford City also played football there after the Valley Parade fire
An FA cup final a cricket test match and England football internationals (5). The other ground is the Oval.
Bit misleading. Wembley has hosted the FA Cuo Final, Rugby League Final and World Speedway Final. I've been to all 3.
