    Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Jackson Smith’s emergency loan with Grimsby Town has been extended for an additional week.

    The 22-year old joined the Mariners at the beginning of October, following injuries within the goalkeeping ranks at Blundell Park.

    In his time at Grimsby, Smith has featured five times, as the Mariners sit 10th in the League Two table.
