Barnsley FC Community Trust is proud to announce a record-breaking milestone for the 2024/25 season, with an incredible 186 appearances made by Barnsley FC’s first team, academy players, coaches, women’s team, and club alumni. This season’s total marks the highest number of appearances ever recorded by the Trust, showcasing the commitment to making a lasting impact across the community. From school visits and game afternoons to youth programmes and community events, Barnsley FC players have been more involved than ever before. “This year has been fantastic,” said Kieron Campbell, CEO of the Community Trust. “From classrooms to social groups, the support and engagement we’ve seen from every part of the club has been truly inspiring. These appearances go a long way in strengthening bonds and bringing joy to so many people in Barnsley.” Behind each visit are the dedicated staff members who work tirelessly to coordinate and support these efforts.
