Hmmm. Tough one. Brittain looked good again going forward - but I've gone for Chaplin. Created a few clear cut chances in the first half and was unfairly subbed imo.
Well beaten by a better team, but could have had a goal or two ourselves. Brittain just shades it, as his ability to beat a man down the right made some decent opportunities in the final third. I still maintain that he's been a great find and I hope he'll be a fine asset for years to come. Keep up the good work Callum.
I lost interest after the third went in & spent most of the rest of the game messing about on my phone but from what I saw Brittain just edged Mowatt. Third game in a row I’ve given Brittain man of the match. Reminds me of Josh Scowen in that he came from a small club & no one saw it coming & despite us having more talented players he just consistently gets on with his job week in week out & always seems to be a 7 or 8 out of 10. Great signing
Brittain was the only one who looked half decent. Had we been more clinical in front of goal, he could have had a hat trick of assists. Came close to scoring himself too. The only one who wouldn't have looked out of place in the Bournemouth team.
Brittain for me, although I'm liking Victor more and more each game. I'm looking forward to giving him my vote for his hat-trick against Wednesday.
Surprised Solbauer didn't get more recognition. When you have 3 centre halves and two of them are fruitbat fruitloops, then even losing 4-0 means one of them was doing something right.
