    Not the prettiest game tonight and poor for a spell in the first half. But that's a very satisfying victory. We are developing a nice ability to work a result.

    Andersen is a very good defender. He seems to get some incredible stick whenever he makes a mistake though, it’s like he is always so close to being the next whipping boy. I love him.

    Sollbauer is also excellent.

    Helik was very good tonight too.

    So in summary, I agree with you.

    They look like they love defending now, they love a good battle. Big Val's turned this young team into men. Tonight we broke their spirit with our physicality, we're a tough team now.

    Mads is a terrific find. Strong i the air. Distribution generally good. hard in the tackle.
    Everyone makes mistakes but he's had an inordinate amount of stick from people on here. Totally indeserved.

    Think Val has done a great job with them knows their limitations , no messing about passing it about at the back , get it forward and we can win it it back in their half

    Was a bit nervous watching Anderson first half but he was solid second. I hate being critical of him but seem to notice all his mistakes. I just want him to do well, great lad.

    What I find more impressive is his attitude for such a young man. Given how poor his start with us was, he could have been forgiven for hiding in the reserves. Really pleased for him, seems like a genuine young lad.
    Think lockdown & having no fans has helped him though. not saying that he wouldn't have done just as well with fans in the stands, but I think it took a little pressure off.

    That said I would like to give a shout out to Herr Sollbauer. Think his influence on the team as a whole has been very impressive and has a lot to do with how we have progressed. Felt sure he would have left with Struber.
