On PAYE I should add, I think it's great to West Ham failing in "their" new stadium.

I think the tax payer has been let down by the OPLC who have been conned by West Ham. We might not be able to get anymore brass out of them but long may they continue to fail in their billion pound asset which they practically got for nowt.

Tyrone, serious question - what's the deal with your posts?

Ignoring the fact that you've missed the point with this one, why do you post such incoherent drivel? This one isn't too bad by your usual standards but in general what's the problem?

In response to the point of this post - do you think this was a good deal for the tax payer? You'd be in a massive minority if you do but let me know your thoughts.

I'm struggling to understand your point here. I
Presented you with alternative of leaving it go to ruin as other venues in the past have.
Yes think the Olympics were a great benefit economically to the deprived area of London and I think it's excellent that the investment will now.provide am enduring legacy

Id be interested to here what you suggest they should have done withthat iconic venue

I have no.idea what your problem with me is at the moment. But I reiterate one the numerous occasions we have met. The last time been at Altrincham you've have not shown the attitude.

So come on spill the beans and then perhaps we can get over it

The problem isn't that West Ham are using the stadium, it was the deal that was struck to allow them to use the stadium - I think this was the point of Conan's post

I'm not sure it is in the medium term West Ham will return to the same level of fanbase which s pretty constant. Therefore you have the same number of people with the same amount f money to spend. You will squeeze some business in and around the Old Upton Park and improve see around Olympic Park whilst at the same time cutting into Orient's fanbase. Suspect as a positive impact that there will be a very negligible affect.

Regardless of that it doesn't mean that the deal to give West Ham is a fair one. Given the TV deal the have just benefitted from they could pay the going market rate.
