    I tuned in at half time, watching it at my computer desk. After five minutes I started reading my paper and barely looked up for the rest of the half.

    Super League - they would have to be embarrassed to have even been considered, surely?

    Only there to make numbers up, would have thought if PSG & Bayern had said yes, them & Spurs wouldn’t have got a look in.

    You’d think that wouldn’t you? But their ‘plan’ had three empty spots still to be filled by ‘founding members’. They were expecting Bayern, Dortmund and PSG to say yes and that wasn’t at the expense of anyone
