Just seen that a school in Birmingham are training 12 year olds how to drill and 'learn British values'. It said they'll be learning how to fire live ammunition within months. We ought to be teaching kids to ask questions and expand their minds. I know there are flaws with how we as a country raise kids, but this is totally the wrong way. The pessimist in me thinks the Tories haven't learned from the past and are making a Tory Youth wing of the army for WW3. Mind you, the past the Tories live in is pre war Victorian times.
The whole idea of a Tory interpretation of 'British values', fills me with dread. And while we're here, just when exactly was America great, Donald?
Yeah it is. There are plenty of better life skills that could be taught at school then some of the stuff that gets taught, but how to fire a gun isn't one of them.
