    How wrong I was :D

One of the best goals I've ever had the privilege to describe. Pure class.

He he. Wondered if you'd spot that. Glad you took it in the spirit in which it was intended.

The best bit was the surprise in your voice as it went up 2 octaves after the back-heel.

The defender did everything right, he was obviously going to be beaten for pace so he showed him away from goal, just like it says in the book. Then the bamboozling back heel. The poor lad didn't stand a chance. And even then he had to add a touch of flamboyance by aiming for the corner flag with his shot, only to see it curl like Halley's comet into the corner of the net. A classic which will live long in the memory, along with Messrs Barnard, Aylott, Glavin, McCourt, Hignett Hammill and numerous others over the years.
