    Still not arrived, new cards in different seats so will be new passes.
    Rang club several times only for the recorded message telling me they're "experiencing high call volumes" then told to call back some other time.
    What poor service when I've just spent £1,200!

    Anyone connected with the club please pass on my appreciation-they've got my money and now no longer give a monkey's

    Grrrrrrr....(as they used to say in the Beano..)

    Yes, mine hasn't arrived either. Mainly because I haven't bought one yet having forgotten to click buy on the last day of the early bird after going through the process and then getting distracted by something. It hurts too much now to pay full price so have been putting it off. Won't get to all the games probably so I'm wondering if I should buy game by game. Always kind of seen it as a way of supporting the club though irrespective of how many games I go to. Decisions.. decisions :)

    I picked ours up yesterday. Was really happy with the service apart from when some lousy get kept interrupting them with telephone calls.

    Presume that if you are getting a season ticket you can't live all that far away, so why not just collect it from the ticket office. I got mine before the WBA game on Tuesday night.

    Don't the card that the season ticket come on last for 2 or 3 years? I'm sure I heard that somewhere.

    Not only did I pick mine and my sons up at the box office yesterday, they have also arrived through the post this morning.

    I live 50 miles away so paid £4.95 for the postage, have heard from the club since, they apologised, they had not printed them at all (no reason given) and they said I'd have them by the end of next week

    So do I and I’d rather not leave it to chance that it would arrive on time. I bet there will be a hundred yards queue outside the ticket office next Saturday

    Mine has not arrived either. However, as I am travelling to Barnsley on the Friday, I can call in to collect my ST Friday afternoon if I have not received it by then.
