Anyone got this season's Blue away shirt in medium? I wan't to buy it!

Went to the club shop v Newcastle to get the Blue away shirt and guess what - out of stock and not ordering anymore! If anyone wants to sell me theirs, I'll pay you a good price, if it's in good nick. Medium size ideally. Anyone want to sell? Cheers.

 

What do you mean 'not ordering anymore'?

 

I would assume they will order more in at some point, especially closer to Christmas.

Although (I know it's not on the same level for demand) but I wouldn't have minded the pre-match training top that the players wear for going to the gym and whatnot so I emailed the club and they said something along the lines of "we sold them at the very beginning of the season, they were extremely popular and sold out quickly but we won't be getting anymore in" supply and demand and all that huh, all these stocking levels seem weird to me

 

That's why they've released a white third kit, because even at the second attempt they have failed to meet demand for the kits and thrown valuable revenue away. Bizarre

 

I know a number of people who want the blue one for Christmas. I've never heard owt like it. The white shirt will get used once, probably at Villa, and that's it. It's not exactly great either.

 

In want to get the blue one in a medium too.

 

It wouldn't have been quite so bad but the girl who served me a) Didn't apologise for not being able to meet my request (basic principle of customer service!) b) Seemed glad that it would save her the effort of having to take an order from me/serve me... Ah well, 40 years plus supporting the club and I guess I'm just a number.

That's not a go at the club shop 'per se' - the mature woman with blonde hair and the younger guy with glasses one are always very helpful.

 

I agree, the White Shirt is very bland but I know it's all about taste/opinion - some will love it no doubt.
