Police in Barnsley have launched an investigation after a three-year-old girl had spit wiped on her face by a teenage cyclist. The girl, who was out with her father during their daily exercise, reportedly challenged a group of teenagers riding their bikes during the coronavirus lockdown. The pair were walking at around 3.30pm on Sunday when they saw a group of four teenagers on bikes, South Yorkshire Police said. A police spokesman added: "When the child told the teenagers that they should go home, it is reported that one of them spat into his hand and wiped it on her face, saying he had Covid-19. "The same teenager then spat towards the pair again before riding away with the rest of the group." Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 519 of 19 April. I’ve stated about these pond life yobs cropping up more and more often on another post - someone told me I was focusing on negativity- It’s getting worse where people think they can do whatever they want and are not tolerant at all to ever being corrected or advised. It seems that SOME ( I say some as I know I’ll get grief) people who didn’t get what they wanted in recent votes, either Brexit or general election feel it’s their duty to go against anything our Prime Minister requests. Even to the point that if Boris instigated a law saying Barnsley could have Messi, Ronaldo and any other player free of charge, and guaranteed place in Champions league for next hundred years, they would say it wasn’t fair and didn’t want it. when there’s so much good feeling about and community spirit, these idiots make me sad for the future. When a THREE year old says stay in that’s great, when a pond dweller wipes spit on her and says he got COVID- total despair
I know plenty of remainers that wouldn't dream of spitting in a young girls face. What's it got to do with Brexit?
They're the imbecile type of teenagers; they probably don't even know who Boris is or what Brexit means.
Just been walking on the Pennine Trail between Dodworth and Silkstone and encountered a bunch of teenage lads sat together who, if they live in the same household, must have a house the size of Stainborough Castle!
If they're teenagers, they are very unlikely to have voted either way on Brexit, given that they were too young to vote. And not too many of them would have been old enough to vote last December.
