    I'm logged in, doing the usual things and all that is available is brief or extended highlights. Just wondering if anyone has actually seen the whole match yet?

    Getting more than a bit frustrated with this new website. The old Barnsley Player was MUCH better. I wish there was some way to go back to it :mad:

    I got it through going to Matches, then Results, then enter Match Centre and click Watch now.

    I purchased the season pass as a birthday present for my brother who travels the world with his work as a technology journalist

    He's pulling his hair out with this ifollow crap (his words). Hes been able to watch live games on his laptop via the website but can't watch replys on his laptop via the official website. If he clicks to watch a reply on his laptop he is asked to subscribe.

    He can watch them via the app on iPhone fine but not on his laptop

    Not everyone wants to watch a 6" screen.

    I have had to give him my log in for normal uk sub so he can watch replays of games he couldn't watch live.

    He's emailed them but has had no reply.

    Maybe he should write an article for a major newspaper about the shocking service :D

    Seems to work fine for me - maybe something to do with the browser people use? I have no idea.

    Why cant i watch the full match replay while on holiday in Lanzarote. It wants me to up grade.
    I hope the commentary works tomorrow.
    I am starting to feel I am paying for a less service.

    I'm not sure yet whether it is LESS service, or just a poorer service. There have been enough complaints since iFollow started up to suggest that it's just not as good as the old Player.

    Anyone who reads my posts knows how much I loved the old service, and was always happy to recommend it. I'm not so sure now. Hopefully the bad things will be rectified some time soon and it will become an intuitive service that doesn't need five or ten minutes to find something.

    I used to log onto other teams in the old set up. It was interesting to see their manager comments pre and post game. Is this available in the new app?

    Not looked for anything like that but I would doubt it. I'm watching the Preston match now. Really missing the commentary from Matt and crew

    Your right no switching clubs feature, that goes down under the "less" column. No Matt Bailey commentary? Another for the column. Tonight is the commentary test in Lanzarote. The old app worked with commentary in Turkey during the playoffs so I expect this to work.
