At the match yesterday? Struber obviously prefers Halme deep in the diamond. Otherwise he could put Kenny there and drop Halme to CB. Him not doing this, makes me wonder if we have a CB coming in. He isn't stupid and so must see we need the CBs strengthening. Also, what happens if we get a couple of injuries or bans. Come on Paul & Dane. Give Gérhard more support, we can really start surprising teams then with clean sheets. The holy grail.
I have heard of Mcgeheehan and possibly Dimi leaving for Portsmouth. Hopefully others not in Struber plans are found somewhere else to give us more squad room. We need more quality to help the gaffer out, that's for sure. Hopefully the board are now realising too. Each time we bring one in off plan and they improve the team, that must show that the blend is required. Come on Ritzy.
There’s surely got to be some. If you look outside of yesterday’s starting 11 there’s probably only Woodrow, Collins, Dougall & Ben Williams he trusts to start games with Schmidt, Bahre & Simoes been players he trusts to come off the bench. That’s not many especially when Struber’s been pretty lucky with injuries so far & we’re likely to pick some up
