    Hi anyone in the know..

    Can anyone give me a very very rough guide of how much it would likely cost to brick up an under stair outhouse (old coal bunker/store place) on a semi detached house and fit it so it becomes an internal under stair cupboard/utility room with access from the inside? Thanks

    I’d hazard a guess you’ll be looking around £1000 - £1500, bricked up, lintel removed, knocking through, plastering, lighting, painting & joinery if required
