Comes across a really good bloke, hard to believe JT was cleared in court. The incident clearly still haunts him, and he’s still carrying guilt regarding his mother’s death. very, very sad. A real eye opener though.
because Terry is a 1st class n0b head. If people acted with grace and dignity they will be treat well in return
What I found most sickening was not so much Terry's behaviour, which was bad enough, but the level and amount of nauseating abuse posted on 'Twitter' and the like. Even worse the 'nutters' who sent Ferdinand bullets in the post before the Chelsea game. I don't think Capello covered himself in glory either by resigning after the FA stripped Terry of the England captaincy. I don't think either the football community including the governing bodies or society in general has progressed much since the John Barnes days. There are an awful lot of really nasty sick individuals out there.
It just shows how vile Twitter can be. 9 years on it doesn't seem any better which is as damning as anything on the programme the fact we don't seem to have moved forwards in all that time.
