Not sure if this is a one off, or a trial run. But glad they chose Accrington to roll this out, against, after they treat us so well at their place.
I'm half tempted to throw free accommodation in with the £2/pint offer and let them all pile back to my place.
Great fans, great club...just hope they're not great at football tomorrow.

Good idea - but why not advertise this earlier in the week when people are making plans.

The price reduction helps, but the biggest obstacle is breaking people’s habits and traditions i.e always go to same pub to meet others.

They should have announced this on Monday and repeated through week.

Pubs in tarn seem quieter today so looks like a few have taken up the generous offer

The bar I used on the East Lower had the usual prices on display. Those who missed it online wouldn't have had a clue about the beer offer. I wish they would put something better on than Worthingtons though. It's bloody disgusting.

I ended up with Worthingtons, best of a bad lot would never touch dark fruits or carling rather drink my own wee!

In this day and age If they want to attract the discerning drinker they need to put some local ale on. No one, and I mean no one can be going out looking forward to a pint of worthington. I get the issue with having barrel beer which might not get supped in time with it only being drunk on match days, but some bottled craft beers would be at least something.
