I may be a week late with this question but I read in the Brentford Programme that they were due a percentage of the fee we got for Mawson. Does anyone know how much?
Re: He scored Agreed: It's a massive step up; the gap between Premier League and Championship is much bigger than that between Championship and League One, and he barely played any games in the Championship. He's a class player and I'm sure he will learn from a difficult night and turn it to his advantage to improve. I remember even last season in the first half of the season he had a few poor games and look how he's come on since then
I thought that he did pretty well for a first Premiership outing. He controlled the ball well and passed it accurately also. I wouldn't blame him too much for the own goal, as the Swansea defence had been under great pressure and it was a quality cross into the box. He did get caught out for the shot with which Arnautavic hit the post - clever run, coming in from behind him on the blind side. Take the point also about the second goal, but though he did well and looked composed on the ball. Hope they don't drop him now. I can see him becoming as good as Stones in the right combination of defence.
I didn't watch it just going off what I read on twitter, I saw the own goal though & agree, not a lot he could do
I watched it up to about the 30 minute mark then lost interest. The documentary on BBC 4 about the Great Barrier Reef was a lot more interesting so I put my phone down and concentrated on that!
