When Stendel,Ismael and to a much lesser degree Struber were in charge our head coach showed leadership and passion. They directed the play and barked instruction from the touchline but our present headcoach seems to stand there emotionless and tactically clueless. We have a very young team who need guidance and encouragement / instruction from the sideline . Schopp seems to due neither and blames the players whenever things go wrong. This is gonna do them no good and if he says the words 'solutions' again I am going go nuts.....rant over
