Tried posting this last Friday but as I pressed submit the whole thing crashed. I bought my first season ticket for the 1981/82 season and have renewed ever since, a 39 year roller coaster of a ride all the highs and lows lets see what 40 brings. Renewed on Friday along with wife, daughter and father-in law, thanks to Beth Sefton for her help in arranging for me to manage Father-in laws tickets. Some will think that I am mad but that's OK my wife is a retired Psychiatric Nurse! Two days off milestone birthday so as I have been a season ticket holder for many years I qualify for senior ticket just as well as state pension not due for another 6 years and 3 months( thanks again to Beth Sefton for changing details on BFC database). Hope to see all the regulars in all our seats sooner than later, we might even see Pingsicola he has been missing since October.......Hope you are well Ian COYR
Renewed too. It's a no brainer, if there are no crowds all season, iFollow will still be worth £460. Confirmed by Box Office that the iFollow deal would continue into next season, if needed, this morning.
Personally I thought the ifollow experience was awful. The picture quality is not great when you are used to HD. Don't know if I can do anything to improve it. I have a incredibly fast virgin media connection and I even connected the laptop via ethernet cable.
Well done to the OP! I renewed as well for both me and Dad just over a week ago Went to almost every home game from 1971/72 - 1980/81, but you didn't get Season tickets to stand in the Old Brewery stand in those days. I had a long period of pay on the day to the games I could get to then as I havent lived in Yorkshire since 1981 and been in Surrey since 1984, but still bought a Season Ticket for the 2006/7 season and had one since. My Dad was going before me and all the time I have been down south, but only finally bought a Season for the Prem and has kept his since then
Still mulling it over, but it's more likely that we'll renew than not. We've now got a USB-C to HDMI adapter that let's us connect my lads phone with the telly. Watched part of Saturday's game again and it's much better on a bigger screen. Not HD quality, but a big improvement. Not sure I could manage a whole season on my notebook.
Renewing this week sometime - season 43 and 23 as a season ticket holder. Lived here for 32 years as well - easy to jump on 68 bus from the top of my road and take a 15 minute ride to Everton or Liverpool but Barnsley is my team and always will be
Got my first season ticket to celebrate retirement, I could go to Carlisle or even Barrow, much more tempting than the two Liverpool clubs but as we all know, once a red ...
