I just wish people would just be a bit more honest with themselves. If Angela Rayner really is corrupt/dishonorable like some people say then by all means call it out and say why (I just think she was naive or lacked diligence myself). By the same token why do not these same people slag off the previous government or Farage. Surely there's plenty of meat there..
Doesn't happen though does it? Because Rayner is Labour she seems fair game whereas others seem to be teflon-coated or immune from criticism even when the sums involved are more or the transgressions are more numerous.
So, if you slag anyone off be honest with yourself and don't use the colour of your rosette as a pretence for your anger and disdain

I think you are trying to knock a nail in a knot there, pal. These sorts of people have been radicalised by the lies of the media and the likes of Farage, and I'm afraid they are too far gone to believe the truth. Just look at what their lies have already brought us: Brexit.

Denial is a funny thing eh?

Israeli military's own figures say 83% of all deaths are civilians. Given the levels of destruction and starvation why wouldn't the figures be broadly correct? Its also been shown previously that figures from wars in Gaza are accurate. Of course there's probably many more buried under buildings.

I’m not the one denying evidence presented in front of my eyes because it doesn’t fit my narrative.

You don't think it's a tiny bit suspicious that this "damning evidence" is only found on social media? That not one major right wing media outlet, many of whom are hugely pro Israel, are willing to share this?

The key is that news outlets are regulated but social media is not. Stop trusting sources who only use that medium. They are trying to divide and radicalise people. So much that looks real is fake or orchestrated.

I find it strange that we have a Labour government getting pelters from the right-wing press. They are pretty much ruling the same as the Tories did; financially, policies on Gaza, cosying up with Trump etc. The press/media jump on any mis-step but why? There must be something behind it all, I can't think why they would want that tramp's w@nk stain Farage ruling us, he's total 5hite, and his reform party is full of useless goons from darn the pub.

She’s in dialogue with HMRC. She’ll repay the amount.

This is not tax evasion of the likes of Zahawi who tried to hush and gag investigations.

The thing I didn’t realise was if her son was just a few months older, the tax treatment would have been accurate.

I know many want to badge this as more than an error, but it doesn’t feel like that.

So Fuhrer Farage has admitted he lied. He said he’d bought a house in Clacton back last year. He now says it’s his German mistresses.

What expenses is he claiming for that property? Why did he lie? Where did the funds come from? Has he paid anything to her to fund the purchase?

He says he ‘misspoke’. Yet says he didn’t want his name on the deeds for “security reasons’. Yet, I’m assuming his name is on the deeds of the other 4 properties he owns?

Given he has channel island trusts to avoid tax and is putting his income into a company from his telegraph and gb news gigs, are the right wing rabble on here going to call for his resignation? Can they see this is true hypocrisy?

    No… thought not.

Seems your ‘Nigel’ is hitting icebergs left, right and centre. Well, more far right, further right and furthest right.

I've heard that phrase used commonly by far right supporters. Must be part of your induction process.

Neither is Tony Blair, but you used him to obfuscate recently. So try again. Criticise him for multiple u turns and for dodging his taxes.

It’s really easy. You’d do so if he were a non far right politician.

You was pointing out farage has more than one house. I simply asked who has the most properties? I think I know the answer do you?

    Another irrelevant obfuscation.

And didn’t someone say don’t answer a question with a question?

    Do try again.

Given Farage wants to be Prime Minister and is trying to convince people to vote for him. Don’t you think it’s a bad look that he lied about owning a particular property and is dodging significant amounts of tax?

If Keir Starmer were doing that, would you call for his resignation?

We both know the answer though, don’t we?

Why is it always the right wing “patriots” that have lower than primary school level grammar.

    How weird.

Apart from if you read I never answered a question with a question, as you never asked me one.

It has become the norm in recent years, for most MPs and all prime ministers to make their tax returns public.
    Even Boris and Sunak complied.
But Farage says he thinks it's an imposition too far.
    Why?
And given her inquisition on Rayner, why did Beth Rigby not think to ask him that question, I wonder?
