I felt very uncomfortable whenever Shepherd got the ball, and quite often when Earl had it. Earl has good skill, but he's often dopey and liable to get caught in possession.
I don't agree that we were very lucky to win, though I thought we were lucky to be ahead at half-time.
Posh mainly looked a threat following an error, such as a poor ball, or getting caught in possession as Luca did first half. We’ve had shots that could and should’ve have seen us win more comfortably, but we were kept on tenterhooks until the end, like that one that landed on the roof of the net. That’s what I mean by making hard work of it. Basically not making our dominance reflective in the scoreline.
But centre half’s got away with things tonight which on another day could have cost us , we need better it’s as simple as that.
Whatever he wears, he always looks so cool, calm, collected and unhurried. The game seems to come so easy to him. It's surprising that such a talented player cannot get into the starting line-up.

I wasn't taking any notice of other people's attire. Just glad I decided not to go in shorts and t-shirt, as it was pretty fresh by the end of the game!
