    I’ve just rang and got through straight away,
    I said to the lady who answered,
    “I got told you were closed”
    She said, nooo we just saw it was @SuperTyke and thought we’d have a laugh, Maureen is really good at the automated voice isn’t she?

    You posted at 4 minutes past 10. Club box office opens at 10. (I found it easy btw) Given if clocks are synchronised. I assume you rang b4 or bang on 10. Wrote the complaint and posted at 10:04.

    You raise a fair point but as opening times are 10 in general. It's only the closing hrs that they change. I wouldn't think any different tbh. And if needed to contact em accept that.

    I'm saying you have no patience and can't wait to gripe . Is that good enough. Most of us read between the lines. The stadium is not as you wish to read as I'm fully aware the clubshop is open at 9. Most days.
