    They'll just impose financial penalties on Yorkshire Water, which, you guessed it will be passed onto customers.
    Morally what should happen is she should pay back the bonuses, but that just won't happen.

    I believe that the government are proposing a new law to stop them passing fines on to customers. I expect they'll find a way round it though.
