    Just checking, has anyone had their digital season ticket sent out yet.
    I renewed back in May and still not had anything.

    The club put a comms out about a month ago to say they'd sent them all out. I'd not had mine, so I emailed them and they sent it me the day after.

    I received my card but not my digital ticket - phoned them up and they emailed it straight over.

    Had mine but hadn't got it when they said they'd been sent out. Had to ring the Club and get them to re-send it

    Theyve said they have when they clearly hadnt, you need to call them to sort it

    I have but only because my dad queried it. I think if you made any sort of change (age bracket, seat etc.) it didn’t get sent. They do send it immediately when asked but it’s daft that everyone is having to do that individually as it seems to be a large amount of us with problems.

    Got my eticket June 26th. Mate who I sit with hadn't received his Sunday when we were in t'pub.

    Called in for Plymouth tickets and young woman serving me said they'd had a few issues with emails. Contact them to send again.

    As others have said just email box office.
    I did as I hadn't received mine and they sent it within a couple of hours

    I've been down to the club this morning. Ticket office was closed, one of staff saw me checking opening times & asked me what I wanted. She sorted it all out for me despite being closed on Wednesdays. Checked my card which was ok & sent me a digital ticket which I like to have as back up. Fantastic service very polite & enthusiastic staff. Well done bfc. It was very busy down there as well due to the open training session

    to the OP I got mine some time ago. But replying to this one Ive always found the staff in the box office really helpful. I dont like the new hours though as it makes it almost impossible for someone working to get in to see them - Saturday on match day is the only option

    Have had issues. Did mine whilst there picking some tickets up. Not sure if she said those that want new cards

    I had to contact them to have mine resent. They claim these were sent out by email in June. But I received nothing. Once I contacted them yesterday I received an updated email , so everything is now fine.

    I think its highly unlilely that hundreds of us on here have had the same inbox issue where every item mailed to us by the club reaches our inboxes without an issue, yet mysteriously the ST mail doesnt.
