    Barnsley Football Club can confirm that Kyran Lofthouse has joined Burton Albion in a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.


    The 24-year-old arrived at Oakwell in July 2023 and most recently spent time with the Brewers on a loan deal at the back end of the 2024/25 campaign.

    Everyone at Oakwell would like to wish Kyran the best of luck in his future endeavours.

    Surely something’s got to happen soon , at the minute if Earl is injured we wouldn’t have any fullbacks right or left available for the Plymouth game.

    Would like to think it means one is due in soon.

    Right decision to sell him, for all parties. But he was probably on paper the most naturally suited RB we had in squad. So surely means they have one lined up. Hopefully the Salford lad.

    Hell do well but best move for both parties. I'm enjoying the defensive clear out because we clearly lack balance and have been conceding for fun last 2 seasons. A back line reshuffle it is then!
