    Don't see why we would owe him a favour. Bit strange allowing someone who's an outsider be around the club with all the private things they might see or hear.

    Aside from the fact hes friends with our head coach surely its a good thing maintaining positive relations with a player of his quality because you never know what the future holds, what if we got promoted this season and he was available again? this sort of thing can only help us imo

    Can't forget ,he got player of the year .
    When he signed in the January window.
    Says a lot about the player.
    Only played half the season.
    Real grafter for a loan player ,one of our better ones.

    Used to work with McBurnie’s dad and his transfer is one of only three transfers that I have had any inside knowledge on. Loved his time at Oakwell but when I asked if he fancied signing permanently his dad just laughed.
