So what's the point of a ST if Cat C is £15/£10? With the other offers throut the season, I reckon it'll work out roughly the same price
Or any league when we go to watch Barnsley not whoever we are playing, it gives a team motivation if we rank them lower and it complicates pricing because fans have to look from game to game how much it is rather than a usual set price.
If they'd had a half decent transfer window they wouldn't have to do this.. Folk would have just gone and paid the normal rate..
Yes, won’t be far off same if £15 is category C. ST numbers are obviously down and they’re trying to keep folk interested in attending games. A better transfer window might have helped that.
I paid £509 for mine in east stand upper. If they do 5 games at Cat A, 14 at Cat B and 4 at Cat C (rough guess as to how they will categorise the games) that comes to £630. For me that is still decent value for money especially when you have your own seat along with the other season ticket benefits. I'd be shocked if there's many Cat C games.
This. Apart from I haven't got a season ticket. I imagine only Burton, Wimbledon, Stevenage, maybe Exeter will be Cat C. Lots of local/localish games so can see plenty being Cat A - all the Yorkshire ones and probably Bolton and Stockport at least.
Wow, fair play to you spending over £500 for 3rd Division football. As an existing ST I'm at £459. Don't forget there'll be other offers throughout the season and I reckon it'll be a lot closer than you think. I reckon there was at least 6 offers last season at £10 per game. I'll try and track this throughout the season
Any chance, after people have bought tickets, you can play some youth trialists and arrange a behind closed doors friendly for the first team? That would do us all a solid. Cheers.
