Feels wrong to 'like' this, but I'm sure you know where I'm coming from

Awful news. Never met Alan personally but always came across well on the YouTube stuff he did.

Cancer truly is a vile disease

Horrific. Up until last week, I’ve been in regular contact with Al throughout his cancer battle. As soon as the messages stopped, I feared the worst until Kate dropped me a line a few days later.

Evil disease. Thoughts with Kate and the family.

Like others on the thread I've not met him personally but have him as a FB friend - have a few BFC fans on my list. Comes across as someone who loves the club and has a loving partner- he'll be sadly missed on Red All Over. It's an awful disease that took my mum and other members of my family

Very sad news. I don’t know him but he’s a very dedicated Reds fans (far more dedicated than me) & he comes across as a very decent human being on social media. All the best to his loved ones.

That’s gutting to hear. I always enjoyed Al’s enthusiasm when it comes to the Reds and the way he’s taken on this huge battle has been inspirational. Lots of love to Alan and family.
